What is the partnership between DFNN and PCSO?

DFNN is an accredited systems provider and technology partner of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO). This partnership enables DFNN to develop and operate secure platforms that support the distribution and sale of PCSO Lotto and Digit Games through authorized channels such as LottoMatik.

What is LottoMatik?

A new sales channel that utilizes point of sale (POS) terminals to deliver PCSO lottery games and services.

What are the requirements to become an agent?

• Latest NBI Clearance or Proof of Business (Business Permit, DTI Registration, Barangay Business Certificate)

• One [1] valid government-issued ID (National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver’s License, Postal ID, PRC ID, TIN ID)

• Registered address

Is a bond required for participation in the program?

Yes. A refundable bond of ₱5,000.00 is required per play device as a security deposit to cover potential agreement breaches. The bond will be refunded after participation ends, subject to deductions for any breaches or outstanding obligations.

Do we receive certification or proof of accreditation from DFNN?

Yes, a license to operate, duly acknowledged by PCSO, will be provided.

How much does the package cost?

The LottoMatik Starter Kit costs ₱35,000.00 and includes the following: • ₱25,000 Device and Marketing Materials • ₱5,000 Pre-Funded Credits • ₱5,000 Cash Bond • Thermal Paper

What commission will I receive as an agent?

A typical agent will earn the following commissions based on ticket sales: • 4% commission on lotto games sales • 2.6% commission on digit games sales • 0.5% commission on jackpot winning ticket up to ₱500,000 Commissions are credited to your LottoMatik wallet real-time.

Is there a device warranty or insurance?

Yes. Each device comes with a 7-day warranty. For extended protection, you may also avail of our 1-year coverage for ₱6,000.

What are the responsibilities of an agent?

Agents are responsible for distributing tickets to players accordingly, collecting and maintaining ticket payments, verifying customers' ticket information, staying updated on draw results, and paying prizes worth ₱10,000.00 and below.

How is training provided?

Upon onboarding, agents undergo a comprehensive training program that discusses the device, its specifications, and its features. Additionally, the training covers the distribution of tickets to players, checking of draw results, validating of tickets, and implementation of PCSO’s rules for agents and players.

How to claim winning tickets?

Prizes of ₱10,000.00 or less are paid out directly by the agent. Once the winning ticket is validated, the agent will issue the prize to the ticket holder. DFNN will then immediately reimburse the agent by crediting their commission wallet in real-time. Prizes above ₱10,000.00 must be claimed at any PCSO branch nationwide.

Are we allowed to operate LottoMatik in pop-up booths?

No. LottoMatik should operate WITHIN your existing business space, such as a sari-sari store, café, or other retail establishment. Pop-up booths are strictly prohibited.

Are there restrictions on where LottoMatik can be used?

Yes. LottoMatik devices are strictly authorized to sell only PCSO Lotto and PCSO Digit Games. Selling or promoting tickets from unlicensed or illegal sources is strictly prohibited.

Are we allowed to sell tickets 24/7?

Yes, you may sell tickets 24/7. LottoMatik’s customer support is available daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
